My OS Ticket (1.9.14) is hosted by Network Solutions. I've tried to configure POP/IMAP and SMTP, unsuccessfully. I've tried PHP 5.3, 5.4 and am currently on 5.6. I haven't tried 7.0 because I read another post where this broke OST - but those 4 versions are my only options.
Office 365 Business - I've created an email account "helpdesk@". I'm able to login to O365 and send/receive email from the account in general, but when I try to configure OST I get:
IMAP/POP: No such host as outlook.office365.com
SMTP: Failed to connect to smtp.office365.com:587 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out (code: -1, response: )]
My ultimate goal is to create tickets on email and set up a cron job.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
