Edit Checkboxex

Hey there,

i have the following problem.

I created a form with two checkboxes. When editing a ticket, where the checkboxes are "checked", they automatically turn "unchecked" in the editmode. When the ticket is saved, the checkboxes stay unchecked, in the case they got not "rechecked" before saving.

When i set the checkboxes only editable by the customers, the agent don't see the checkboxes in the editmode, but the checkboxes turn "unchecked" ass well, when saving the ticket.

What can i do?
