I created a few new employees (agents). They all systematically get an Access Denied message on the agent login page.
Here's how I created them:
Agents > add new agent
I fill in the fields and under Authentification, I put a username and click on ''set password''. There I UNCHECK send the agent a reset email and create a dummy password.
I leave the ''Require password change at next login'' CHECKED. (I tried to UNCHECK it, same result). I click ''set'', I set up the organisation/team, the access etc. and create.
The user is unable to login with said user name/ password (that I created).
If I go back in ''set password'' and this time leave the ''send the agent a reset email'' CHECKED and create. The agent gets the password reset email and is able to change his password (even to the same one I had created for them).
We do NOT use the LDAP plugin.
