Assigning to agent doesn't unassign from team

osTicket Version	v1.9.11 (c1b5a33) — Up to date
Web Server Software	Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version	5.5.44
PHP Version	5.5.9-1ubuntu4.11

If a ticket currently assigned to a team is reassigned to an agent, it keeps it assigned to a team.
Is there any way to change that so it's one or the other, but not both?
