Unable to view newly created ticket

Hi,

Version: v1.9.16 (f4a172f)

I create ticket, the email gets sent to my gmail, with the link I should be able to open the ticket, without having to verify email or register an account because that's what I have set in the settings.

However, everytime i click on that link it pops up with an error saying that account verification is required and, on my admin email it says that there was a failed login attempt made.

So no account is required or email verification and yet it will not show me the ticket.
